2. The website's role
The website presents Wingman Digital's services and portfolio. It does not support online ordering or payment. General information, messages and the mini brief do not automatically form a contract or constitute a binding offer for an individual project.
3. How a collaboration begins
The scope, deliverables, price, applicable taxes, stages, deadlines, revisions, payment, usage rights and support are agreed in the project's quotation and contract. Costs for domains, hosting, licences, production or advertising are clarified before acceptance. This website does not display standard prices.
Mandatory consumer rights provided by law, where applicable to a collaboration, are not limited by these terms. Specific pre-contractual information is provided before the contract is concluded.
4. Portfolio and intellectual property
The text, Wingman identity, structure and original materials are protected by law. Trademarks, photographs and materials belonging to clients or third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Presenting projects documents Wingman's contribution and does not transfer reuse rights to visitors.
Some images are design mock-ups or visualisations. The information and offers appearing in historical portfolio materials are not current offers from Wingman or the client. The sculptural visual on the homepage is a conceptual illustration created with AI tools, not a commercial client project.
5. Testimonials and results
Published testimonials are excerpts attributed to the people who supplied them. They describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another project will achieve the same results. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, inclusion in AI answers, sales or campaign results.
