2. What data we process and why

• Visiting the website: the hosting provider may process your IP address, the date and time of access, the address of the requested page and technical browser information to deliver pages and support operation and security. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in managing and protecting the website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Contact and quotations: when you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business and project details, to respond and prepare for a possible collaboration. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps requested by you, and Article 6(1)(f) for professional correspondence and general enquiries.
• Contracts and legal obligations: the data needed to carry out our collaboration, issue invoices and maintain statutory records is processed under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
• Appearance preference: if you change the theme, your browser stores the preference locally to apply it on your next visit. See the local storage policy.

The mini brief prepares your message in the browser. It does not submit the content to a form on Wingman's server. When you choose WhatsApp or email, that service opens with your message prepared; sending and subsequent processing follow the rules of your chosen channel. We do not request medical data, passwords or other sensitive data.

3. Who may receive your data

Data is accessible to the people handling enquiries and collaborations and, as necessary, to the providers involved: ROMARG for hosting, Zoho for email, and professional service providers or authorities where there is a legal obligation or necessity. The website does not automatically load maps, videos, tracking social buttons or fonts from external servers.

If you choose to use WhatsApp, Behance or other external links, the operator of that service may process data under its own policy. Consult the WhatsApp policy and the Zoho policy.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

The providers used for communication may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses. Information on the applicable safeguards can be requested through our contact address. Access to an external service you choose is also subject to that service's policy.

5. How long data is retained

Retention depends on the purpose: handling the enquiry and preparing a quotation, the duration of the collaboration, and legal obligations concerning contractual and financial accounting documents. Where necessary for establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim, relevant information may be retained for the period applicable to that purpose. Technical data is managed for operation and security within the hosting service, according to its settings and requirements. Your appearance preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear the website data.

6. Your rights

Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. The website does not use profiling or automated decisions with legal effects on you.

Write to contact@wingman-digital.com. We respond within the period required by the GDPR, usually within one month, with the possibility of an extension in the cases permitted by the Regulation. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and to bring proceedings before the competent courts.

7. Whether providing data is required

Choosing to contact us is voluntary. Without a way to reply and the necessary details, we may be unable to handle your request. We do not use enquiry data to enrol you automatically in a newsletter.

This policy is reviewed when the way the website or services operate changes. The reference framework is Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
